Dr. Narayan is a pioneer in the field of prostate cancer trained at University of Minnesota, Harvard Medical School, University of California, Former Chief of Urology at the University of Florida, Pioneered Cryosurgery for prostate cancer, published first paper on male lumpectomy for prostate cancer and nerve sparing for testicular cancer procedures which are used commonly worldwide. He has been funded by National Institutes of Health, Veterans Administration and American Caner Society for his research. He has patents on endorectal probe for MRI of prostate cancer, AI nomograms for diagnosis of prostate cancer and was the principal investigator on landmark studies involving Flomax, the first FDA approved drug for enlarged prostate. He has published over 180 papers in peer reviewed journals and has numerous awards. He has trained many urologists, several of whom are chairmen at prestigious universities at present.
​More recently, Dr. Narayan has been associated with training centers in specializing women's problems and has started a Women urologic excellence. He is assisted by doctors Dr. Loughlin, Dr. Chacko, and ARNP-Shanna in this center.

Dr. Matthew Loughlin is an expert in urinary stone disease and performs a variety of endoscopic techniques and minamally invasive procedures to treat many urologic conditions including stone disease.
Dr. Loughlin also has extensive experience in women's problems including treatment of recurrent infections, women sexual dysfunction, urinary incontinence, and related conditions.

Dr. Dabuwala MD have extensive experience in treatment of low testosterone and sexual dysfunction and use a variety of non-surgical and surgical techniques including testosterone pellet implants, medications and penile prostethsis for treatment of sexual dysfunction.

Dr. Chacko specializes in minimal evasive procedures for urology conditions including treatment of bladder cancer, prostatic disease, and kidney stones. He has expertise in laser procedures as well plastic procedure for treatment genital abnormalities.
